Job descriptions & requirements

1. Sales & Negotiation Skills

  • Ability to convince outlets to stock products
  • Strong closing skills (sell-in & sell-out)
  • Confidence in handling objections (price, competition, space)

A Trade Developer must turn conversations into orders.

2. Territory Management

  • Route planning (20–30 outlets per day)
  • Time and area optimization
  • Ability to own and grow a territory like a business
