About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in baking a wide variety of bakery products including breads, cookies, croissants, and cakes. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and consistency in maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.

Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma/Certificate in Bakery & Pastry, Culinary Arts, or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Baker.
• Strong expertise in baking breads, cookies, croissants, and cakes.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen hygiene practices.
• Ability to follow recipes while also contributing creative ideas.
• Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management.
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required.

• Excellent baking and pastry skills.
• Creativity and innovation in product presentation.
• Strong teamwork and communication abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
• Prepare, bake, and present a variety of bakery items such as breads, cookies, croissants, cakes, and other pastries.
• Develop and test new recipes in line with customer preferences and seasonal trends.
• Ensure all baked goods are fresh, visually appealing, and produced to the highest quality standards.
• Monitor ingredient levels, manage stock, and place orders to ensure uninterrupted production.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards within the bakery kitchen at all times.
• Ensure proper storage of ingredients and finished products.
• Monitor oven temperatures and adjust baking times as needed for consistent results.
• Train and supervise bakery assistants or support staff when required.
• Collaborate with management to plan production schedules and meet daily/weekly demands.

Salary: 35,000 – 45,000 gross
Joining: Immediate
