Brand Ambassadors

We are a Nairobi-based digital platform connecting customers with transport and logistics providers. Our mission is to build a reliable, efficient, and scalable logistics marketplace in Kenya through technology.

Role Overview

We are hiring Brand Ambassadors to support rapid expansion of our platform across Kenya.

This role is focused on:

●       Recruiting clients onto the platform

●       Assisting with app registration

●       Educating clients on how to use the app

Key Responsibilities

●       Identify and approach clients in assigned zones

●       Clearly explain the company’s value proposition

●       Support clients to:

○       Download the app

○       Complete registration

○       Upload required documents

●       Ensure clients understand how to use the app

●       Submit complete and accurate onboarding data to the verification team

●       Maintain daily onboarding activity logs

●       Provide field feedback on client concerns and market trends

Key Deliverables / KPIs

●       Number of clients registered per day/week

●       Registration conversion rate (approached vs registered)

●       Accuracy and completeness of onboarding submissions

●       Number of clients successfully handed over for verification

Minimum Qualifications

●       Diploma or Certificate in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field

●       At least 1 year experience in:

○       Field sales OR

○       Marketing activation OR

○       Customer acquisition

Required Skills & Competencies

●       Strong communication and persuasion skills

●       Basic smartphone/app literacy

●       Ability to meet daily performance targets and attention to detail

●       Ability to follow structured processes

●       Experience onboarding users onto apps/platforms
