Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business leads through research, networking, and outreach.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Track, report, and analyze sales activities to ensure targets are met.
- Represent Top Sea professionally in client interactions, presentations, and events.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and digital communication platforms is an added advantage.
