Surelift Solutions Limited, on behalf of our client in the health industry, is seeking to recruit a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to support business growth and strategic expansion. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving revenue, building partnerships, and strengthening the client’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of prospective clients
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and clients
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and implement effective business development strategies
- Prepare and deliver client proposals aligned to business needs
- Negotiate and close business deals
- Promote services to enhance brand visibility and market positioning
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Track performance metrics and prepare regular reports
- Utilize digital platforms and social media to generate leads
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management, Health Management, or related field
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business development (healthcare experience is an added advantage)
