Candidates should have strong communication and leadership skills, as well as being self-driven in an evolving food industry landscape.

Business Development Executive

Responsible to
Head of Sales and Marketing

Job Purpose
To generate and develop new business opportunities and increase net income for the Company.

Main Responsibilities
• Developing growth strategies and plans
• Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
• Increasing client base
• Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
• Writing business proposals
• Negotiating with stakeholders
• Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
• Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
• Following industry trends locally and internationally
• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements

Qualifications/Experience
• Graduate level ability
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in proactive sales, hotels or hospitality industry in a customer facing role

Knowledge/Skills
• Outstanding customer service
• Complaint handling and conflict resolution skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills
