Our Organization is a key player in the provision of ICT enterprise networks and cyber-security solutions. We also provide end-to-end ICT solutions in software integrations and voice solutions. In order to support the growth of the Company, we are currently seeking for a Business Development Manager to take charge of the current accounts and grow the business in the banks, financial institutions, Saccos & insurance (BFSI) sector of the economy.
 
Job Summary
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing business opportunities through building and maintaining clients’ relationships in order to improve the Company’s position in the industry. S/he will also offer support in the successful delivery of projects.

Responsible for:
1.    Sourcing for new business opportunities - by recruiting new clients and developing new client relationships
2.    Delivering of the agreed revenue volume within the set timelines
3.    Ensuring timely collection of payments from clients accounts
4.    Account management - Maintaining sound working relationships with existing clients per SLA and generation of more business opportunities
5.    In collaboration with Pre-sales Engineers, ensure proper preparation and delivery of tenders, RFPs, pre-qualifications, etc.
6.    In liaison with technical teams, to ensure successful projects deployment
7.    Ensuring OEMs partnership agreements are maintained and developed through certification and meeting commercial requirements
8.    Provide leadership and advice in the various aspects of business development

Preferred Skills and Requirements
•    Degree in Business or related course from a reputable university
•    Masters qualification will be an added advantage
•    At least 4 years’ relevant experience in a similar role
•    Possess good leadership and interpersonal skills
•    Be an excellent communicator – verbal & written
•    Good Customer management Skills
•    Strong negotiation skills
•    Strategic with sound research and analytical skills
