- Manage relationships for continuous opportunity identification and customer satisfaction;
- Ensure sustainability of existing accounts and maintain a database of the same;
- Contract management through adherence to contract terms and conditions for all clients, SLA and AMCs monitoring and ensuring timely execution;
- Upselling to existing customers, generating new business leads from the existing accounts;
- Facilitate technical and customer after sales support;
- Key player in sales and marketing strategy development and implementation;
- Ensuring timely and efficient post sales customer support.
- Business related degree preferably with experience in customer support;
- At least 3 years of experience with proven track record in customer service;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Strong Negotiator;
- Sales & Marketing experience.
- Strong Interpersonal skills
