Key Responsibilities:
✅ Maintain cleanliness and order around the property.

✅ Report repairs, damages, or maintenance needs promptly.
✅ Support tenants with basic assistance as required.
Qualifications & Experience:
📘 Minimum 1 year of experience as a caretaker or in a similar role.
