Job descriptions & requirements
- Prepare food to order, ensuring that all menu items are prepared and presented with
consistency to the restaurant's high standards
- Oversee the kitchen operations, including ordering and receiving ingredients,
preparing food, etc
- Manage food inventory and ordering, ensuring that all ingredients are fresh and in
adequate supply
- Ensure that the kitchen is clean and well-maintained, including maintaining
equipment and appliances and removing trash
- Train and mentor new kitchen staff, providing guidance on food preparation techniques
and safety and sanitation procedures
- Collaborate with the customer-facing staff to ensure that orders are accurate and
delivered promptly
- Follow all restaurant policies and procedures, including those related to safety and
sanitation
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
