Job summary
We are looking for agents to make outbound calls to business owners in the U.S. The goal of each call is to introduce marketing services and schedule a follow-up appointment with a sales specialist. The company helps blue-collar businesses (roofers, plumbers, contractors, etc.) improve their ranking on Google so they can get more customers.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to U.S.-based business owners
• Introduce the company and explain the benefit of improving their Google ranking
• Identify business owners who may be interested in learning more
• Schedule qualified prospects for a follow-up call with a sales closer
• Record call notes and appointment details in the CRM

• Ability to follow a script while sounding natural
• Strong listening skills and positive energy
• Reliable and organized when logging information
Primary Goal
Your job is not to close the sale. Your role is to spark interest and book a meeting with the closer who will handle the full sales conversation.
