Reports to: Communications Lead

1. Background
Grassroots nest for Innovations and Change (GRiC) is a fast-growing locally led non-profit organization that partners with grassroots organizations to create a network of agencies and stakeholders that promotes quality education for children and youth, in marginalized communities in East Africa. We work in partnership with community-based organizations (CBOs) to support community-led innovations. By investing in grassroots systems and in community-led initiatives, we expect that all children, both girls and boys we serve, will grow holistically, access quality education, and thrive in a fast-changing world. By building systems at the community level, we channel resources to the grassroots where they are most needed, and the gains made will be sustained once external support ends.
