No selling involved. You will provide fast, accurate responses to customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure excellent customer satisfaction throughout the whole process.

Key Responsibilities
Respond to customer inquiries via live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Support the entire order cycle: pre-sales, sales, and after-sales (consultations, complaints, dispute resolution).
Maintain close contact with high-value customers and assist with account verification.
Work towards achieving monthly targets.
Monitor market trends, analyze challenges, and recommend improvements.
Requirements
Diploma or higher qualification; experience in e-commerce or customer service is an added advantage.
Willing to work in 12 hours rotating shifts (24/7 operations, on-site in Nairobi).
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and other basic office software.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, detail-oriented, with good problem-solving and time management abilities.
