Role Profile: Customer Service Representative.

Department: Sales and Operations

Reports to: Regional Manager


JOB SUMMARY

Tasked to push and grow Branch sales and ensure customer satisfaction i.e. timely delivery of garments ,quality service ,ensuring you check you check and confirm items are well cleaned and ironed, branch customer complaints are handled within 24hrs,etc.


RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive sales by cross-selling, issuing fliers and asking clients for referrals.
  • Ensure shop opens by 7.30 Am every morning and closes not earlier than 8pm when on duty.
  • Ensure the shop is clean, well dusted and organized at all time.
  • Maintain a professional image while at work; when serving the client, working with the team, as long as you are at work.
  • Excellently attending to clients’ needs ; talking to clients warmly and with a smile, noting all client instruction and following to ensure the rest of the team handling the client’s garments are aware and do as per instructed.
  • Accurately book and generate a receipt for all garments delivered for cleaning and ensure clients leave with a receipt.
  • Advise all clients who need express service to pay in advance at the cashier
  • Prompting all clients to pay in advance at the cashier desk.
  • Addressing client’s complaints with urgency and escalate to the operations manager any complaint beyond your handling. Maintain a 24-hour turn-around time, at most.
  • Thoroughly check for any defect, valuables in client’s garments before booking /while the client is still present and inform the client in case of any noticed defect/return any found valuables.
  • Accountable for any garment that had defect and you failed to mention to the client before it gets cleaned.
  • Ensure you are present at the front desk to attend to clients at any point.
  • Accurate Daily report on the sales made in a day, properly recorded, dated and signed as shall be required.
  • Accurate Daily report on the collections made in a day, properly and accurately recorded ,the accurate mode of pay, correct date and signed as shall be required.
  • Deliver garments to the client after they have been confirmed and payment cleared in the system. Stamp on the paid receipt.
