Security Supervisor

• Oversee daily security operations and ensure all procedures are followed.
• Conduct regular patrols to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Manage access control and monitor CCTV systems for any unusual or suspicious activity.
• Lead in resolving security-related incidents swiftly and professionally.
• Prepare clear and detailed incident and surveillance reports.
• Handle vehicle-related incidents within the premises and assist in resolving disputes.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the security team, stepping in for the Head of Security when required.
• Collaborate with management to address and mitigate security concerns.

• Diploma or Degree in Security Management or a related field (added advantage).
• Proven experience in security supervision, preferably within a hospitality environment or property setting.
• Strong understanding of security protocols, safety procedures, and emergency response.
• Proficiency in operating access control systems and CCTV equipment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Calm under pressure with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to supervise and motivate a team.
• Physically fit and able to perform security duties.
• Willingness to work shifts, including nights and weekends.
