Job Description/Requirements
1. Drive social media engagement, respond to online client inquiries, and support website updates, Google Business Profile, and OTA listings.
2. Drive business sales through digital channels and direct client engagement, including email marketing campaigns.
3. Develop accurate, personalized, and well-structured travel itineraries.
4. Manage client inquiries, bookings, and post-travel follow-up.
5. Coordinate with hotels, lodges, airlines, and transport partners.
6. Support sales through proactive engagement and excellent customer service.
7. Track and report on leads, campaigns, and sales performance.
