Job summary
We are looking for a motivated and results driven Debt Collection Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers, negotiating payment arrangements, and recovering outstanding balances while delivering excellent customer service.
Job descriptions & requirements
Ø Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, or any other business-related course.
Ø Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and general computer systems.
Ø Customer-centric with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ø Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
Ø Results-driven with the ability to meet collection targets and deadlines.
Ø High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Ø Good organizational and time management skills.
Ø Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Ø Prior experience in debt collection, customer service, or a call center environment is an added advantage.
Ø Preferred candidates should reside within or be able to conveniently commute to the Mombasa Road area.
