JOB TITLE: DIGITAL MARKETER

NATURE OF JOB: FULL TIME

SALARY: KSHS. 25,000 + COMMISSIONS

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities
• Regularly analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook Ads, Google Ads, and Instagram
• Track campaign performance and generate regular reports with key insights and recommendations
• Collaborate on content strategy and create visual content using tools like Canva
• Assist in the creation of copy for ads, captions, and website content
• Monitor and analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Hootsuite (or similar)
• Provide monthly performance reports with data-driven insights
• Assist in basic website updates or coordination with web developers
• Support basic SEO initiatives and track rankings/performance

KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

• Certificate in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Minimum 1 year of experience managing social media accounts and digital marketing campaigns
• Proven track record of successfully running paid media campaigns (e.g. Facebook Ads, Google Ads)
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as: Google Analytics, Meta Business
• Suite, Canva, Hootsuite (or similar tools)
• Strong copywriting, content creation, and visual design skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple digital channels
