Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other platforms.
- Manage budgets, targeting, A/B tests, and campaign performance.
- Set up tracking: pixels, events, conversion APIs, UTM parameters.
- Build dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
- Use martech tools for automation, lead tracking, analytics, and attribution.
- Present campaign insights, strategies, and performance updates to clients.
- Translate client goals into effective digital campaign plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Proficient with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels, and tracking tools.
- Excellent communication and client-facing presentation abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
- Solid understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.

- Ability to design social media posts using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Ability to create short video content or reels for campaigns.
- Ability to create copies and content using AI.
- Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
