Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketer to manage paid ads, tracking, analytics, reporting, martech tools, and client communication across major digital platforms. The ideal candidate is data-driven, organized, and experienced in multi-channel campaign execution.

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, launch, and optimize paid ads across Meta, TikTok, Google Ads, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and other platforms.
  • Manage budgets, targeting, A/B tests, and campaign performance.
  • Set up tracking: pixels, events, conversion APIs, UTM parameters.
  • Build dashboards and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Use martech tools for automation, lead tracking, analytics, and attribution.
  • Present campaign insights, strategies, and performance updates to clients.
  • Translate client goals into effective digital campaign plans.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing paid ad campaigns across multiple platforms.
  • Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
  • Proficient with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, pixels, and tracking tools.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing presentation abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.


Added Advantage

  • Ability to design social media posts using Canva or Adobe tools.
  • Ability to create short video content or reels for campaigns.
  • Ability to create copies and content using AI.
  • Experience working in a digital marketing agency environment.
