Our client in the construction industry seeks a Digital Marketing Executive in Nairobi (salary: KES 80,000 – 100,000 gross) to lead content creation and digital campaigns. The role focuses on video production, graphics design, and digital storytelling to boost brand visibility, engage customers, and drive sales.

Key Duties & Expectations

  • Video Production & Storytelling: Plan, script, shoot, and edit product-focused videos; develop visually consistent, story-driven content showcasing product benefits.

  • Digital Marketing Strategy: Design and execute integrated content plans blending video, graphics, and copywriting; optimize for platforms including YouTube, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

  • Website & SEO Management: Update and manage the company website, enhance user experience, and drive lead conversion through SEO best practices.

  • Social Media Oversight: Manage official company pages, schedule posts, engage audiences, and track performance metrics.

  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Work with sales, product, and design teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

  • AI & Automation Tools: Utilize AI-powered platforms (ChatGPT, Canva AI, Jasper, Copy.ai, HubSpot) for content creation, analytics, and customer engagement.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Film/Media Production, IT, or related field.

  • 3–6 years of digital marketing experience with proven video production and graphics design expertise.

  • Strong portfolio of previous video and design projects.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop, CapCut, and DaVinci Resolve.

  • Experience with WordPress or similar CMS.

  • Solid knowledge of SEO, SEM, and social media algorithms.

  • Familiarity with AI tools for content creation and automation.

  • Creative mindset with strong visual storytelling and branding skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
