Job Description/Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with planning, creating, and posting content on social media platforms.
- Support email marketing campaigns and digital advertising activities.
- Draft promotional materials including flyers, banners, and product descriptions.
- Help manage and update company websites/products under supervision.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance and analytics.
- Assist in basic IT tasks such as updating content, troubleshooting minor issues, or uploading items to the platform.
- Support marketing events and vendor acquisition activities when needed.
Requirements
- Diploma or currently pursuing a degree in IT, Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of social media marketing and digital tools.
- Familiar with Canva, basic graphic design, or simple editing tools (added advantage).
- Strong communication and writing skills.
- Willingness to learn and take direction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High level of integrity, teamwork, and attention to detail.
