Job descriptions & requirements
- Identify and engage prospective students through field marketing and outreach activities.
- Conduct promotions in institutions, workplaces, community forums, churches, and events.
- Generate qualified leads and submit student applications to the admissions office.
- Follow up with prospects and support them through the enrollment process.
- Represent the college professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
- Submit regular reports on marketing activities, leads generated, and enrollments achieved.
- Market and promote the college’s courses and training programs.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Certificate or Diploma in Marketing, Sales, or a related field is an added advantage.
- Previous experience in field marketing, sales, or student recruitment is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Good knowledge of Mombasa and its environs.
