A company specialized in perfumes and beauty products is looking to hire Female Field Marketing Representatives to join our marketing team. The role involves visiting markets, building strong customer relationships, attracting new clients, and promoting our products professionally.
Job Title:
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits to markets, shops, and targeted commercial areas
- Promote the company’s perfumes and cosmetic products
- Attract new customers and expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Present product offers professionally and persuasively
- Coordinate with the sales team and management to achieve targets
- Prepare regular reports on field visits and marketing results
Requirements:
- Previous experience in marketing or sales (preferably in perfumes or cosmetics)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Energetic, presentable, and professional personality
- Ability to work in the field and move between markets
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve sales targets
- Good appearance and attention to detail
- Preferably with an existing network of market contacts
- Commitment, discipline, and seriousness at work
- Basic knowledge of using mobile phones and social media for customer follow-up
- Age group 25-30 years
- Reside within Nairobi
