Job summary
Our client is a Collection company is looking for field agent to provide vital support to Collection and Marketing Department.

Key Responsibilities
- Review loan requests
- Assess client’s financial status
- Evaluate creditworthiness and risks
- Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation.
- Analyze risks and approve or reject loan requests.
- Calculate financial ratios (e.g. credit scores and interest rates)
- Set up payment plans Maintain updated records of loan applications.
- Follow up with clients about loan renewals
- Monitor progress of existing loans.
- Any other assigned duties.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Business, Communications, Customer Service Management, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in marketing and collection
Experience in a call center is an added advantage
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with call monitoring tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation skill
Basic knowledge of financial transactions and collection processes
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.
Self-motivated and goal oriented
Ability to persuade
