Position Overview
The Sales & Marketing Officer will play a key role in identifying new locations for internet service coverage, marketing Vayacom’s products, and following up with leads to ensure conversions. The ideal candidate is ambitious, target-driven, and passionate about technology and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and evaluate new sites where Vayacom can provide internet services.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Conduct field visits, community activations, and presentations to promote Vayacom services.
• Generate, qualify, and close sales leads through direct engagement and networking.
• Maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers through timely follow-ups.
• Track sales performance and prepare weekly activity and progress reports.
• Gather market insights to support business growth strategies.
Qualifications & Skills
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or customer acquisition (preferably in ICT/ISP sector).
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
• Willingness to travel within designated areas.
