We are hiring a results-driven Field Territory Sales Representative to manage distributor partnerships, drive secondary sales, and deliver strong in-market execution across assigned territories. This is a field-intensive FMCG role requiring proven trade execution experience.

• Drive territory sales growth and achieve targets
• Manage distributors and ensure optimal stock & market coverage
• Execute secondary sales and retail merchandising standards

Mandatory Requirements
• Minimum 7 years’ FMCG field sales/trade marketing execution experience
• Experience in at least ONE category: Oils & Fats, Laundry, Home & Personal Care, Beverages, Food, Snacks, or Animal Feeds
• Hands-on expertise in:
o Distributor management
o Secondary sales execution
o Trade promotions
o Territory growth delivery
