Strengthening Monthly KPI Planning and Bonus Team structuresEnsure continued training, guidance on effective customer engagement, driving minimum default rateDrive innovation and technology, smart solutions to maximize efficiencies 7. Compliance with all Kenya Laws and Regulations on digital lendersDrive the new result-oriented Culture; metrics-based approach (Collection Team Results + Individual Goals).External focus- know competitors very well, continuously learn and implement best international practices, driving process improvements, automation, and efficienciesImplementing additional tools (skip-tracing, telephony, messenger integration) in each stage of the process (pre, soft, hard, legal if possible) Be an Inspirational Leader, be the Mentor & Coach for the Team, hands-on approach
