Job summary

We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and firm Head of Human Resources & Administration to lead and oversee all HR and administrative functions. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can establish structure, drive accountability, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

Job descriptions & requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related field Minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in HR with at least 1 years in a leadership role Strong experience in employee relations disciplinary processes and policy enforcement In-depth knowledge of Kenyan labor laws and HR best practices Experience with HR systems and administrative management tools is an added advantage Demonstrated leadership and decision-making capabilities

The ideal candidate will support a small to medium-sized team while providing leadership on people management, compliance, and organizational development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage all HR and administrative operations
  • Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
  • Manage staff leave, attendance, and employee records with accuracy and efficiency
  • Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution professionally
  • Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and administrative documentation
  • Advise senior management on HR strategies, risks, and best practices
  • Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
