Job summary
We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and firm Head of Human Resources & Administration to lead and oversee all HR and administrative functions. The role requires a strategic yet hands-on professional who can establish structure, drive accountability, and ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

The ideal candidate will support a small to medium-sized team while providing leadership on people management, compliance, and organizational development.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HR and administrative operations
- Lead workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Manage staff leave, attendance, and employee records with accuracy and efficiency
- Handle employee relations, disciplinary processes, and conflict resolution professionally
- Ensure compliance with Kenyan labor laws and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR and administrative documentation
- Advise senior management on HR strategies, risks, and best practices
- Promote a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement
