We’re seeking a highly motivated and analytical Investment Analyst/Associate to support our end-to-end investment process. This role combines traditional venture capital responsibilities such as deal sourcing, financial modeling and due diligence with hands-on involvement in portfolio support and internal strategy..

Key Responsibilities

Investment Research & Deal Sourcing

●      Identify promising early-stage and growth startups across sectors aligned with our thesis.

●      Conduct industry research, ecosystem scanning and track innovation trends.

●      Build and manage a pipeline of potential investment opportunities through networks, events and outreach.

Due Diligence & Investment Evaluation

●      Assess business models, scalability, unit economics and competitive landscape.

●      Analyze leadership teams, governance structure, risk factors, and operational readiness.

●      Prepare detailed investment memos and due diligence reports for internal review.

Financial Modeling & Valuation

●      Build dynamic financial models for projections, sensitivity analysis, and valuation.

●      Evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs), revenue metrics, and cost structures.

●      Benchmark startups against comparable companies and industry data.

Portfolio Support & Strategy

●      Monitor portfolio company performance and support them with operational insights.

●      Assist in designing growth strategies, business planning, and reporting structures.

●      Coordinate with internal and external teams to implement strategic initiatives.

Collaboration & Communication

●      Prepare and present investment decks, updates, and strategic documents to stakeholders.

●      Contribute to the development of internal tools, knowledge bases, and frameworks.

Key Qualifications

●      Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics or a related field

●      MBA, CFA, or related postgrad credentials are a plus, but not mandatory

●      1–3 years of experience in VC, PE, investment banking, strategy consulting or high-growth startups

●      Strong foundation in financial modeling, valuation, accounting and data analysis

●      Passion for startups, innovation, and venture ecosystems

●      Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and tools like Pitchbook, CB Insights or similar platforms

●      Excellent communication, presentation and collaboration skills

●      Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
