Role Overview
The ideal candidate is a confident communicator, digitally savvy, and passionate about youth empowerment and organizational transformation.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote TopSkills programs and digital solutions.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients and institutional partners.
- Manage social media campaigns, email marketing, and content marketing initiatives.
- Conduct product demos and client presentations (both physical and virtual).
- Track leads, prepare proposals, and follow up on conversions and renewals.
- Collaborate with internal teams on campaigns, branding, and reporting.
- Maintain a database of prospects and client engagement activity.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or Communication (or related field).
- 2–3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or client relations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (social media ads, email automation, CRM, etc.).
- Self-driven, creative, and results-oriented.
- Experience working in training, HR, or tech-based services will be an added advantage.
