DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Marketing Strategy &  Implementation

  • Develop and execute innovative, territory-specific marketing strategies to drive revenue growth across all product lines.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution of marketing activities, ensuring all franchise sites and marketing materials are in alignment with the company’s brand standards.
  • Coordinate digital marketing and social media activities.


Campaign Execution & Market Penetration

  • Plan and coordinate activations, events, and promotional campaigns (ATL & BTL).
  • Work with agency partners and franchisees to deliver marketing campaigns tailored to regional markets.
  • Support in designing marketing collateral aligned with the company’s brand and assisting franchisees with localized materials.
  • Track campaign performance, gather customer feedback, and recommend improvements.


Market Insights & Reporting

  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, competition, and trends.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales and marketing activities for management review.


Team Support & Coordination

  • Work closely with sales, operations, and customer service teams to ensure effective execution of campaigns and initiatives.
  • Provide support and direction to franchisees on marketing activities.


KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years’ experience in sales, marketing, or customer engagement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Basic skills in budgeting and project coordination.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with social media platforms.
  • Graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop) will be an added advantage.
