Job Description

Our client is looking for reliable, organized, and customer-focused Messengers to join their team in Kisaju. The successful candidates will be responsible for the safe and timely collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and other items while ensuring professionalism and excellent customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, transport, and deliver documents, parcels, and other items to designated locations within the required timelines.
• Verify delivery information and obtain signatures or proof of delivery where necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, collections, and any related documentation.
• Ensure the safety, security, and confidentiality of all items during transit.
• Plan and follow efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity.
• Report delivery delays, incidents, or customer concerns promptly.
• Maintain a professional appearance and uphold the company's image when interacting with clients.
• Adhere to company policies and all road safety regulations.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Must have a Diploma in any field
• Previous experience in a messenger, courier, or delivery role is an added advantage.
• Valid motorcycle riding license (Class A) with a clean riding record.
• Good knowledge of Kisaju and surrounding areas.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Physically fit and capable of handling routine delivery tasks.
• Willingness to work flexible hours when required.
