They are looking for a competent and reliable Operations and Finance Lead to oversee our day-to-day business functions, streamline our internal systems, manage payments, and ensure efficient stock and vendor processes. The ideal candidate has a finance background, is strongly process oriented, analytical and thrives in a structured yet dynamic environment
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and improve operational processes and workflows
- Oversee logistics on supplies and imports
- Oversee all inward and outward payments
- Manage procurement, inventory, orders and stock control systems
- Maintain up-to-date SOPs for finance, stock, and admin functions
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors, ensuring timely payments and deliveries
- Train and supervise junior administrative staff where necessary
- Use (or learn to use) Odoo ERP for stock, finance, and operations tracking
Qualifications & Skills
- Degree or diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in a finance or operations role, ideally in a small business environment.
- IT Capability / ERP experience preferred (training will be provided if not)
- Strong Excel and financial reporting skills
- Comfortable working independently, managing multiple responsibilities.
- Strong attention to detail, process thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong ethics and integrity
