Job summary
We are looking for an energetic entry-level professional to support both order fulfilment operations and digital marketing activities. The role involves ensuring smooth and timely processing of customer orders while also helping to grow the company’s online presence through content creation, social media engagement, and e-commerce support.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Process and track customer orders to ensure accurate and timely fulfilment
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to manage dispatch and delivery
- Maintain up-to-date product listings and promotions across online platforms
- Support digital marketing initiatives including social media posts, email campaigns, and online engagement
- Assist in creating and uploading marketing content (captions, visuals, product details, offers)
- Monitor customer messages and feedback received online and respond or escalate appropriately
- Review order trends and customer behaviour to support marketing insights
- Contribute ideas to improve online customer experience and brand visibility
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing concepts
- Basic experience with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Detail-oriented, organised, and able to multitask
- Proficient in MS Office; basic design or content skills are a plus
