Retainer of Kshs. 50,000 - 100,000 plus generous sales commission and other sales facilitated costs
Real estate sales supervisor will be in charge of sales representative besides generally sales business for the apartment units. He/she will perform the following duties: -
• Development of sales and marketing strategies. Doing presentation to the potential customers both individuals and corporates. Carry out frequent clients visits to maintain constant and good customer relationship management.
• Carrying out property sales promotions and advertisements as well as participating in exhibitions. Co-ordinating property business closing, overseeing signing of documents and disbursement of funds (payment).
• Making cold calls to prospective customers and informing them of the available opportunities.
• Building good relationships with banks who would be willing to provide loans for the apartment buyers, among other sales duties.
