Job descriptions & requirements

The Sales Agents will be responsible for promoting and selling Ambam Hub solutions to potential customers across East Africa.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, calls, WhatsApp, referrals, and networks.
  • Promote Ambam Hub solutions to potential customers.
  • Follow up with leads and support conversion into paying customers.
  • Keep accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales progress.
  • Share weekly updates on sales activities, challenges, and customer feedback.
  • Represent Ambam Hub professionally in all customer engagements.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Business Management, Marketing, Agribusiness, Agriculture, or a related field.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
  • Basic digital skills, including use of WhatsApp, email, and online reporting tools.
  • Must have a laptop.
  • Previous experience in sales, marketing, field work, or customer engagement is an added advantage.
  • Must be self-driven, honest, disciplined, and results-oriented.
