Sales Consultant / Freelancer

We are looking for a driven, independent sales professional to connect institutions with ITAA and guide them toward accreditation.

This is not a marketing agency role.
This is a relationship-driven, outreach and conversion role.

You will:

• Identify and engage Bible schools, churches, seminaries, and online theological programs
• Build relationships with decision-makers (founders, pastors, academic heads)
• Present the value of ITAA accreditation and institutional development
• Guide institutions through the application and onboarding process
• Work independently to generate and close opportunities

Compensation (Commission-Only)

This is a performance-based role with a structured sliding scale:

Per Approved Accredited Application:

• 0–1 approvals: $50 per application
• 2–5 approvals: $50–$80 per application
• 6–10 approvals: $80–$100 per application
• 10–20 approvals: $100–$120 per application

Cycle Structure:

• Commission is calculated over a 90-day cycle
• The tier resets every 90 days

Strong performers can scale earnings significantly within each cycle.

Requirements

• Ability to source and approach institutions independently
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Confidence speaking with leaders, pastors, and academic heads
• Understanding of (or willingness to learn):
  • Accreditation processes
  • Theological education landscape
• Reliable internet and ability to work remotely

• This is not a salaried position
• No upfront payment for outreach or time
• Compensation is based only on approved applications
• You will be treated as an independent contractor / freelancer
