Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities via cold calling, email, social outreach, and networking
- Build and manage a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct discovery calls, deliver presentations/demos, and create tailored proposals
- Negotiate terms and close new deals to meet or exceed revenue targets
- Track all activities in the CRM and report on pipeline/forecast
- Collaborate with marketing and account teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding
Qualifications:
- Proven success in a new-business development role (B2B preferred)
- Strong cold outreach, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
- Highly self-motivated, persistent, and results-oriented
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, target-driven environments
- Experience with digital marketing is preferred but not necessary
