- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within corporate, travel, tourism, events, and leisure markets.
- Develop and maintain strong B2B relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, event planners, tour operators, NGOs, and government institutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, networking activities, and site visits to generate leads and close sales opportunities.
- Prepare and negotiate contracts, corporate agreements, and partnership proposals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through strategic prospecting and conversion activities.
- Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and customer preferences to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure exceptional client experiences and retention.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to promote hospitality services, events, accommodation packages, and leisure offerings.
- Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
- Oversee professional social media accounts, ensuring consistent brand messaging, audience engagement, and lead generation.
- Create and coordinate marketing content including promotional materials, email campaigns, newsletters, photography briefs, and digital assets.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and social media insights to improve ROI and customer acquisition.
- Support brand positioning initiatives that enhance visibility and market presence.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, activations, and hospitality showcases.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines, customer records, and activity reports using CRM software.
- Generate weekly and monthly sales and marketing performance reports.
- Track lead conversion rates, campaign effectiveness, and customer engagement metrics.
- Recommend strategic improvements based on analytical findings and market feedback.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a sales and marketing role within the hospitality, tourism, luxury leisure, or related industry.
- Demonstrated success in paid advertising management and social media marketing with measurable ROI outcomes.
- Strong experience in B2B sales, corporate prospecting, contract negotiation, and relationship management.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn marketing tools, CRM systems, and hospitality management software.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to work independently and meet revenue targets.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.
