Responsibilities
● Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
● Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information.
● Identify customers' buying trends and provide reports to management.
● Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads, prospects, and opportunities.
● Understand the efforts required in the various stages of technology implementation projects (Pre-integration, Transition, Development, and Expansion).
● Communicating with impact verbally and writing client-focused proposals, presentations, and other communications.
● Gather, organize and provide feedback from our existing and potential clients.
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or trade fairs when required.
● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.
● Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.
Academic and Professional Qualifications
● Qualification at diploma/ Degree level in Sales & Marketing and or business-related field or its equivalent.
Knowledge and Experience
● 2 years sales experience dealing with IT solutions sales.
● Must have a keen understanding for business and developing market segments.
Functional Skills
● Possess excellent sales and negotiating skills.
● Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer care skills.
● Self-starter; motivated, team focused, attention for detail and results driven.
● Good organizational skills and ability to schedule and manage their own workload.
● A pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
● Vibrant and able to achieve targets given to them.
