Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales of custom furniture solutions by understanding client needs and translating them into design-forward proposals.

Lead consultations with residential and commercial clients, providing
expert guidance on furniture styles, finishes, and layout.
• Collaborate closely with design and production teams to ensure feasibility and timely delivery of orders.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to grow revenue and expand market reach.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional service and consistent follow- up.
• Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Represent the brand at trade shows, design expos, and client events
Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design; sales experience is an added advantage.
• 3–5 years’ proven experience in sales, preferably in furniture, interior design, or luxury goods.
• Strong understanding of design principles, space planning, and material selection.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and design software (e.g.,Canva, SketchUp, or similar).
• Ability to manage multiple projects and client expectations simultaneously.
