Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales & Social Media Executive to promote and sell our range of organic luxury beauty products. The ideal candidate will have strong sales and communication skills,passion for beauty&skincare, and the creativity to produce engaging TikTok&Instagram Reels content that showcases our brand and products.

  • Experience Length : 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities
● Drive product sales through in-store, online, and social media platforms.
● Build strong relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.
● Create engaging and visually appealing TikTok and Instagram Reels to promote products and increase brand visibility.
● Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and promotional ideas.
● Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features, benefits, and industry trends.
● Track and report sales performance and customer feedback.
● Represent the brand professionally in all customer and online interactions.


Requirements

Qualifications and Skills
● Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
● Proven experience in sales, beauty retail, or digital marketing.
● Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in social media marketing, especially TikTok and Instagram Reels creation.
Passion for beauty, skincare, and organic products.
● Self-driven, confident, and creative with an eye for aesthetics.
● Ability to meet targets and work both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Experience
● Experience working with beauty or luxury brands.
Familiarity with influencer marketing or content creation tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva).
