Sales/Customer Service Officer

Our client, a leading supplier of labels and packaging solutions in industrial and commercial sectors and other markets seeks to hire qualified and talented individuals with high experience in the sale of corrugated printing and packaging products as well as the ability and experience to handle seamlessly sales & customer service.

The purpose of this position is to ensure end to end sales with excellent customer service by obtaining orders from existing as well as potential customers while ensuring customer satisfaction for the attainment of the long-term business objectives.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales especially in the
• Implement all sales action plans related to planed market areas as outlined in the marketing plan
• Conduct daily sales calls and arrange client visits
• Provide the highest quality of service to the customer at all times
• Closely follow up on all business leads within a 24 hour response time
• Update action plans and sales objectives quarterly
• Ensure the achievement of set sales targets
• Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree in a business related course
• Minimum 3+ years demonstrated experience in the sale of corrugated printing and packaging products
• Background in digital printing (added advantage)
• Excellent knowledge and extensive experience in computer applications such as the Microsoft suit
