Responsibilities & Duties
- Create engaging, visually appealing, and ATS-optimized resumes that effectively highlight client skills, achievements, and experience.
- Communicate professionally with clients to gather detailed information, clarify career goals, and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain a high level of productivity while meeting strict deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay informed about industry trends, hiring practices, and resume-writing best practices.
- Manage client relationships professionally, ensuring timely updates and ongoing support as needed.
- Tailor content for resumes, cover letters, and LinkedIn profiles across various industries and job levels.
- Conduct structured client interviews to extract key accomplishments and strengthen resume narratives.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience as a Professional Resume Writer, career coach, or similar role.
- Certification from a recognized resume-writing organization (NRWA, CPRW, CRS, etc.) is preferred.
- Strong understanding of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and how to optimize documents for ATS compatibility.
- Broad knowledge of various industries, job markets, and current hiring trends.
- Excellent interviewing, writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong time-management abilities.
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job-search strategies, career development, and modern recruitment processes.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of professional resume-writing experience.
- Customer service experience is an added advantage.
