A Nairobi-based Christian Gift shop is looking for a vibrant, creative and customer-focused individual to join our team.
Position: Shop Attendant
Location: Nairobi
Salary: KSh 20,000
Start Date: Immediately
We Are Looking for Someone Who:
• Is a Christian female, below 30 years old & Lives within Nairobi
• Has strong communication and customer service skills
• Has at least 1 year of experience in sales or a related customer-facing role
• Is confident and comfortable appearing in front of the camera for product shootings
• Is computer literate and able to handle basic online tasks
• Learns fast and adapts quickly
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
• Attending to customers in the shop and providing product guidance.
• Receiving and responding to calls, messages, and customer inquiries.
• Processing and dispatching customer orders.
• Using the Point of Sale (POS) system to record sales and track stock.
• Maintaining stock records and assisting in inventory management.
• Ensuring the shop is neat, clean, and presentable at all times.
• Appearing in promotional videos
• Hosting live sessions on various online platforms to promote products.
