Job Summary
We are seeking reliable and customer-oriented Assistant Sales Representatives
to support sales operations within our alcohol wholesale business. The role
involves assisting customers in selecting wine, spirits, and other alcoholic
and beverages, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting revenue
growth through effective sales execution while complying with all regulatory
and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional and courteous service to trade and retail customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Assist customers in identifying suitable wine, spirits, and beverage products based on their needs and market demand
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-merchandised sales area in line with company standards
- Ensure accurate stock levels through proper shelving, rotation, and inventory awareness
- Support the receiving, checking, and stocking of incoming deliveries
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge, including brands, pricing, pack sizes, and promotions
- Accurately explain product features, specifications, and pricing to customers
- Process sales orders and transactions accurately using point-of-sale or order management systems
- Support sales initiatives, promotions, and product launches
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, legal requirements, and alcohol sales regulations
