Job Description/Requirements
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Strategy & Execution:
· Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and sales goals.
· Manage day-to-day activities across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and others.
· Plan and execute paid social media campaigns to boost engagement and drive conversions.
Content Creation & Management:
· Create and schedule high-quality, engaging content including posts, videos, stories, reels, and ads.
· Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure brand consistency in visuals and tone.
· Identify trending topics, hashtags, and content opportunities to boost organic reach.
· Analytics & Performance Optimization:
· Monitor, track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, ROI).
· Adjust strategies and content based on data insights and A/B testing to optimize results.
Sales & Promotion Alignment:
· Work closely with the sales team to develop promotional campaigns that align with sales objectives.
· Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, influencer collaborations, and contests.
Community Engagement:
· Monitor and respond to customer inquiries, messages, and comments in a timely, professional manner.
· Foster strong relationships with the online community to build brand loyalty and trust.
Market & Trend Monitoring:
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging platforms.
· Recommend new tools, features, and strategies to keep the brand at the forefront of digital innovation.
KEY REQUIREMENT SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION
· Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
· Minimum 2 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or online sales
· Strong understanding of social media platforms, advertising tools, and content strategies
· Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Google Analytics, etc
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and content aesthetics
· Results-driven, with the ability to meet deadlines and KPIs
