Social Media Graduate Trainee (Dental Supplies)

Key Responsibilities

•  Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
  • Create engaging and relevant content for social media posting
  • Monitor company social media accounts and respond to comments, messages, inquiries  in a timely and professional manner.
  •  Assist in growing online communities and improving engagement while escalating customer inquiries or complaints to the relevant department.
  • Handle SEO, basic web design, and digital content management
  •  Collaborate with the marketing team on brainstorming new campaign ideas and    strategies.
  • Keep up to date with social media trends and recommend content ideas.
  • Track basic performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Generate regular reports on key digital marketing metrics and provide insights for improvement

Minimum Qualifications.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Digital Media,   or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X).
• Familiarity with content tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite).
• Relevant certification, training, or educational background in SEO, web design, or digital/  media-related disciplines.
• Basic analytical and reporting skills.
