Working Hours: 48 Hours Per Week, Monday to Saturday
Work Station: Budget Wear HQ and All Branches
Role summary:
The Social Media Manager will be part of a creative team that is deeply passionate about solving problems and ensuring both individual career and business growth is achieved whilst keeping the Customer happy and
engaged.
What You’ll Do:
● Manage and grow our social media pages (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
● · Plan and coordinate content shoots — from concept to upload
● · Visit our stores weekly to capture fresh content and style moments
● · Brainstorm fun, trendy marketing ideas with the team
● · Create and maintain monthly marketing calendars
● · Organize and archive visuals, photos, and marketing materials
● Research customer and market trends to inform key campaigns
● Understand brand guidelines and check that they are adhered to
● Organize and promote events that are aligned to Budget Wear ’s mission
● Attend period management meetings as briefed by line manager
● New customer acquisition through strategic marketing
Our Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s)
A. Timely execution of all advertisements and marketing activities as planned in the marketing calendar
B. Quality execution of the brand guidelines(posters, signages etc)
C. Number of active social media sites with active clients
D. Quality of photos and video shots taken and posted on key marketing platforms
What We’re Looking For:
● · A creative mind with a strong sense of style and fashion
● · Confident using social media, Canva, or basic editing tools
● · Excellent organization and communication skills
● · Self-driven, reliable, and full of fresh ideas
● · Photography, videography, or styling experience is a plus
● Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
