● Respond promptly to all DMs and social media enquiries
● Maintain clear, professional, and consistent brand communication
● Ensure no enquiry goes unanswered
● Actively follow up on all leads until a clear outcome is reached
● Schedule and execute follow-ups (same day, next day, and planned follow-ups)
● Re-engage inactive leads and push decisions forward
● Document follow-up actions and outcomes clearly
● Support post-sale coordination where required
